ALLOWED AND PROHIBITED FOODS FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE PATIENTS

 Avoid eating foods that contain sodium or salt because it is a major factor in high pressure

Do not eat pickles, canned foods, preserved in cans, because preservatives contain a large proportion of sodium and salts that are harmful to high blood pressure.

You should choose foods that contain potassium, such as bananas, dates and apricots, and eat them in moderation so as not to increase the blood sugar level.

Avoid eating sweets, carbonated water, sugars and drinks that contain a lot of sugar
